Procurement Manager

Position Title: Procurement Executive Location: Dwarka Sector 15, New Delhi (to be shifted soon to Nangli Sakrawati) Salary: As per experience and capability Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day procurement of raw materials, tools, consumables, and industrial supplies. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality, price, and timely delivery. Maintain vendor relationships and build new supplier networks across Delhi NCR. Ensure timely purchase and availability of required items without affecting production timelines. Monitor inventory levels in coordination with stores/warehouse team and raise purchase orders accordingly. Compare quotations, prepare cost analysis, and maintain proper purchase records. Ensure compliance with company’s procurement policies and standards. Requirements:Minimum 2–4 years of industrial procurement/purchase experience (manufacturing/production background preferred). Good knowledge of Delhi NCR markets for industrial goods, raw material, and machinery-related purchases. Must own a bike for local travel and vendor visits. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to work independently with responsibility and accountability. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel for record-keeping.
