Procurement and Sourcing Executive – FMCG & Grocery Retail Salary:20k to 50k location:Noida We are hiring a Procurement and Sourcing Executive to join our dynamic team in North India! If you have experience in FMCG or grocery sourcing and are passionate about ensuring smooth retail and e-commerce operations, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: · Procure FMCG and grocery products for retail stores and online channels. · Negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships across North India. · Monitor stock, place purchase orders, and ensure timely replenishment. · Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and e-commerce teams. · Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and regulatory standards. What We’re Looking For: · 2–5 years of procurement/sourcing experience in FMCG or grocery retail. · Strong negotiation skills and understanding of North India supply chains. · Familiar with ERP systems and inventory tools (SAP, Zoho, etc.). · Willingness to travel locally and manage vendor networks.
