Role Summary

We are hiring a Head of Procurement to lead our sourcing and procurement

operations across raw materials, packaging, and third-party manufacturing.

The role demands strong vendor management, cost control, strategic sourcing,

and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business

goals.

• Manage sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and contract

manufacturing.

• Build strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Production teams.
• Ensure procurement is aligned with FSSAI and regulatory standards.
• Drive cost optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement/supply chain including

raw material, excipients, primary & secondary packaging.(preferably in

nutrition, FMCG, or pharma)

• Proven ability in strategic sourcing and vendor development.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of raw material quality, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements. (FSSAI, etc.)
• MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, Material Management or

related field preferred.
