Key Responsibilities: Regional Outreach: Build and manage partnerships with schools, school groups, and education boards across the region to promote structured visits to Ztech India theme parks. Sales Strategy: Design and implement a national institutional sales strategy to increase student footfall across all Z-tech-managed parks. Program Development: Work with the product and park and event teams to curate curriculum-linked learning modules, environmental workshops, and value-based activities for school visits. Revenue Ownership: Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals for school and institutional segments. Brand Representation: Represent Z-tech India at education fairs, school principal meets, and industry forums to build visibility and trust. Candidate Profile: Experience: Minimum 5 years in institutional sales, business development, or school partnerships preferably in edtech, publishing, school travel, experiential learning, or FMCG focused on school engagement. Network: Strong network and existing connects with school leadership, school groups, and educational facilitators across India. Job Summary: Assistant Manager -Event Sales:- Individual will plays a pivotal role in the success of any event-focused business. Individual will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of event spaces, sponsorships, event tickets, Signage spaces, third activation activities at park and related services. This dynamic role requires a blend of sales acumen, event industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. The Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new event business, as well as maintaining and growing existing client relationships. This role involves selling various event offerings, including venue space, signage/hoarding/advertisement space, sponsorships, Event Tickets and other event-related amenities. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in event sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the event industry. KRA Actively prospect for new event leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, industry events, community participation, online research, referrals). Call, meet corporates to sell spaces/venue (Activation and advertisement) at our creative parks. Qualify leads and assess client needs to propose appropriate spaces. Sell sponsorships, spaces, and exhibit stalls for planned events at our creative parks. Actively engage with local communities, groups such as runner, sports enthusiast, social clubs, kitty groups and encourage them to host their gatherings and events at our parks. Actively engage and develop alliance and collaborations with other event companies/agencies to host their B2B and B2C events. This role involves leading the electrical and lighting systems function at Z-Tech India, ensuring effective design, execution, maintenance, and operations across projects. The candidate will manage teams, drive innovative lighting concepts, and ensure compliance with industry standards while delivering creative, safe, and sustainable solutions. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage and guide electrical & lighting personnel across projects. Project Management – Plan, execute, and monitor projects including BOQ, drawings (Layout, SLD, Logic etc.), execution, installation, and commissioning. System Management – Ensure safe and efficient O&M of electrical systems, equipment, and panels. Failure Analysis – Diagnose and resolve breakdowns effectively. Compliance – Maintain adherence to process and statutory compliances. Preventive Maintenance – Implement corrective & preventive maintenance schedules. Budget & Planning – Manage costs, resource allocation, and project timelines. Lighting Creativity – Develop creative visual effects and lighting designs, including color schemes for themed environments. Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of DMX protocols and lighting control systems.
