Job Summary: The Construction Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the design aspects of construction projects, ensuring that all design work is executed to meet client specifications and project requirements. This role involves collaboration with a variety of consultants, including Architectural, Structural, MEP, BIM, IGBC certification, Landscape, Lighting, and other specialized consultants, to ensure the seamless integration and completion of design work. The role is specifically for a mixed development project that includes Retail, Hotel, and Office space blocks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Interaction and Briefing: o Prepare client briefs and understand the requirements and expectations. o Ensure that all design work aligns with client specifications and project goals. 2. Design Phase Coordination: o Review and understand project design documents, specifications, and requirements. o Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and all design consultants. o Facilitate the integration of designs from Architectural, Structural, MEP, BIM, IGBC certification, Landscape, and Lighting consultants. oManage the flow of design information between all project stakeholders. 3. Budgeting and Cost Management: o Assist in preparing and managing design budgets. o Monitor design costs and ensure that the project stays within budget. o Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising design quality. 4. Communication and Collaboration: o Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with all design consultants. o Ensure effective communication of design requirements, updates, and changes to all stakeholders. o Manage the exchange of design documentation and information among consultants and the project team. 5. Quality Assurance: o Review and ensure all design deliverables meet the projects quality standards and specifications. o Conduct thorough checks to ensure design documents are consistent, complete, and compliant with relevant codes and standards. o Identify and resolve design conflicts and issues promptly. 6. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of design discussions, decisions, and changes. o Prepare and distribute regular progress reports on the design phase to the project manager and other stakeholders. o Ensure all design changes are documented and communicated effectively. 7. Technical Support: o Provide technical guidance and support to the design team and consultants. o Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards such as IGBC certification. o Coordinate with the BIM team to integrate BIM models and ensure accuracy in design representation. 8. Sustainability and Compliance: o Ensure that all designs incorporate sustainable practices and meet IGBC certification requirements. o Work closely with the sustainability consultants to integrate green building principles into the project. 9. Material and Finish Knowledge: o Have a thorough understanding of materials and finishes used in construction. o Provide recommendations on material selections to meet project specifications and budget. 10. Design Workshops and Progress Monitoring: o Lead and coordinate design workshops with the project team and consultants. o Monitor progress through all design phases to ensure timely completion of design milestones. o Address any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications: o Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. o Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in design coordination within the construction industry. o Strong understanding of design processes across Architectural, Structural, MEP, BIM, IGBC certification, Landscape, and Lighting disciplines. o Proficiency in design and coordination software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools. o Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills: o Experience with sustainable design practices and green building standards. o Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies. o Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or relevant training.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Executive / AM / Manager Marketing to support our marketing initiatives in both digital and offline channels. The role is ideal for someone with prior experience in real estate marketing, who can contribute to lead generation campaigns, brand visibility, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Support Review and coordinate creatives, content, and campaigns across social media platforms. Assist in preparing and executing media plans for lead generation (Google Ads, Meta Ads, portals, etc.). Track marketing ROI and share performance reports. Sales & CRM Manage leads through the CRM system (from capture to closure). Ensure accurate data entry, follow-ups, and pipeline updates. Coordinate with the sales team to track conversions and customer interactions. Offsite / Offline Marketing Coordinate with vendors and agencies for hoardings, brochures, event branding, and other offline collateral. Support in managing site branding and signage activities. Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and reports for ongoing and upcoming campaigns. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
