Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Support:

  • Work closely with the

    CEO and senior leadership

    to drive business strategies and monitor progress of key initiatives.
  • Conduct

    data analysis, feasibility studies, and performance tracking

    of ongoing projects.
  • Prepare

    presentations, reports, and dashboards

    for management and investor reviews.
  • Support in

    annual business planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation

    .
  • Conduct

    market research and benchmarking

    to provide insights for business growth and expansion.

Operational & Project Coordination:

  • Track progress of

    residential and commercial projects

    , identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Liaise with

    Project, Sales, Finance, and Design teams

    to consolidate updates for CEO review.
  • Ensure timely

    follow-up and closure of management decisions and action items

    .
  • Assist in setting up

    project performance metrics (KPIs)

    and periodic review mechanisms.
  • Drive operational improvements and process optimization across departments.

Executive Support & Communication:

  • Manage

    CEOs meetings, correspondence, and strategic documentation

    .
  • Draft internal communications, MOMs, and policy notes on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a key interface between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Maintain high levels of

    confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism

    in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or related field preferred.
  • 8 - 13 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional in the Real Estate / Retail / Hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communication.
