Job Description

strategic and operational support

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SAP, ERP, AI, and Digital tools.
Enable data-driven decision-making through KPI tracking and performance analytics.

Project Management

Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Shared Services.
Manage ERP and Digital/AI transformation projects with strong governance and accountability.

Calendar & Priority Management

Oversee MDs calendar, schedule reviews, and manage internal/external engagements.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and stakeholder interactions aligned with business priorities.

Governance & Compliance

Support frameworks like POSH, Whistleblower, and Data Privacy.
Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and effective risk management.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a liaison between the MDs office and stakeholders — including board members, investors, and government bodies.
Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and communication materials for leadership forums.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
Must have Excellent organizational, calendar, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Experience managing engagements with external industrial bodies (MOPNG, DGH, NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, etc.) is a plus.
