Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Executive based in Mumbai ( Ready to travel to Thane / Malad). The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes such as PR processing, Sharing POs, Creating Vendors in our ERP , Creating Contracts , The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with vendors, analyzing procurement data, and optimizing purchasing strategies to enhance cost efficiency and value delivery.

Required 4+ Years Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PPT

Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and conduct required analysis. Adherence to ISO 9001 requirements.

- Able to build/maintain effective & productive relations with staff, stakeholders & suppliers

- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

- Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities

- Able to manage time effectively, priorities tasks and achieve set targets

- Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with an ERP system would be beneficial.
