We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Executive to handle the sourcing and purchasing of medical devices, hospital equipment, consumables, and pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor searching, negotiation, procurement documentation, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, search, and evaluate new vendors and suppliers for medical devices, equipment and pharma products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Sales and different departments to meet procurement needs..
• Compare and analyze supplier performance, and maintain a competitive vendor list.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and documentation.
• Conduct regular market research on pricing, product availability, new suppliers, and industry trends.
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in medical devices / equipment / pharma products.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor sourcing, and negotiation.
• Good understanding of medical device categories and product specifications.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
