About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities for our organisation. The role involves sourcing vendors for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational needs, ensuring quality standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The candidate must also be willing to conduct market visits whenever necessary to evaluate vendors, check product quality, and negotiate deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end procurement cycle – sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase.
• Conduct vendor research and identify suppliers for marketing materials, office supplies, and operational requirements.
• Carry out on-ground market visits to compare products, evaluate pricing, and ensure quality.
• Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Work with the marketing and graphics teams to procure branding collaterals (banners, brochures, merchandise, etc.).
• Inspect and verify the quality of procured goods and services before approval.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and vendor details.
• Monitor and track inventory levels for timely replenishment.
• Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships for reliability and efficiency.
• Stay updated with market trends, costs, and supplier innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or related fields.
• Strong negotiation and research skills.
• Willingness to conduct field/market visits as required.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and graphics requirements (design prints, branding, merchandising).
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
