Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Procurement Executive, located on-site in Luanda. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, generating and handling purchase orders, and ensuring the effective execution of purchase management strategies. The role also involves analyzing procurement data, communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring that procedures align with company protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement of medicines or equivalent
• Ability to generate and handle Purchase Orders
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
• Proficiency with procurement software and tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
