Reporting To: Procurement Manager / Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage procurement of construction materials, site-related items, office supplies, and project-specific needs.
• Maintain and update vendor database with terms, pricing, and performance history.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project timelines.
• Review and process purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice clearance and vendor payments.
• Track and monitor inventory levels and reordering needs.
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with standards and company policies.
• Build strong relationships with reliable suppliers to get competitive pricing.
• Prepare procurement reports, budget estimates, and cost analyses.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local vendor network and supply chain.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and procurement software (if any).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction industry materials and vendor ecosystem is a strong plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain or related field.
• Diploma or certification in Procurement / Supply Chain Management preferred.
