We are looking out for an Associate / Analyst to join our team. The role involves supporting procurement operations, handling vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth financial processes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase requisitions using Ariba Guided Buying application.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and ensure timely responses.
• Review and forward quotations to clients for approval.
• Handle invoice mismatches and follow up until resolution.
• Share payment details and maintain client updates.
• Ensure timely completion and processing of Goods Receipts (GR) in the system.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree (any stream; commerce/management preferred).
• 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related domains.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and strong presentation skills.
• Logical problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Professional email etiquette and business communication.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
