Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join our team and assist in managing procurement, logistics, and daily operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Procurement and Logistics Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and logistics partners for seamless coordination across purchasing, inventory, and shipping. Daily Operational Process Optimization Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational processes for improved workflow, quicker decision-making, and responsiveness to changing needs. Utilise Zoho Inventory effectively to manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and streamline order processing for operational efficiency. Identify and address process bottlenecks in real-time to support continuous improvements. SOP Design for Inventory, Packaging, and Delivery Assist in developing and updating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, packaging, and delivery. Regularly revise SOPs to incorporate operational improvements and support the company’s growth and evolving needs. Supply Chain Expansion into New Markets Help identify and establish reliable supply chain channels in new markets through vendor research and market analysis. Ensure new supply chain processes are adaptable to local needs, while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality. Product Quality Assurance Across the Supply Chain Support the implementation of quality assurance measures across the supply chain to maintain consistent product standards. Conduct regular quality checks and initiate corrective actions as needed to ensure products meet company and customer expectations. Retail Operations - Packaging and Delivery Assist in retail operation functions, with a focus on efficient packaging and delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Continuously refine packaging and delivery standards to balance quality and cost in line with business goals and customer feedback. Qualifications: Required Bachelor's degree in any field. A minimum of 6 months of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field. Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems is a plus. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with inventory management and basic supply chain concepts is preferred.
