Procurement Associate

As a Procurement Associate at Sun360, you will play a key role in supporting our growing projects in Goas clean energy revolution. With your 1+ year experience in procurement or purchasing, you will contribute to the sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of reliable suppliers for solar and electrical materials. Your strong negotiation and vendor management skills will be essential in comparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and managing purchase orders effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for solar and electrical materials. - Compare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders. - Track deliveries and coordinate with technical and warehouse teams. - Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor inventory levels. - Ensure quality compliance and timely availability of materials. - Assist senior team members and support warehouse activities when needed. Qualifications Required: - 1+ year experience in procurement/purchasing (solar, electrical, or construction sectors preferred). - B.Com, BCA, or Diploma/Degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. - Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (Tally preferred). - Good communication in English, Hindi, and Konkani (preferred). - Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally.
