Role Overview

P2P Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end vendor interactions: sourcing, comparing quotations, negotiating rates, and finalizing agreements.
• Coordinate with MEP and facility teams to understand procurement needs and validate requests.
• Track vendor performance, ensuring adherence to turnaround times (TATs) and service quality.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, approvals, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Optimize procurement by assessing whether requests can be resolved internally before raising external purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

  Ability to secure competitive rates and resolve vendor disputes.

  Assess requests critically to reduce unnecessary procurement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years in procurement, vendor management, or facility management.
• Experience in real estate, construction, hospitality, co-working, or MEP operations preferred.
• Graduation with basic knowledge of MEP systems is desirable.
