Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and process export documentation in accordance with customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export-related documents with export control regulations.
3. Maintain comprehensive records of export documentation.
4. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to facilitate timely and cost-effective shipment of goods.
5. Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit promptly.
6. Optimize logistics costs to improve operational efficiency.
7. Communicate with international customers to provide updates on shipping status, documentation, and address inquiries.
8. Handle customer complaints effectively and provide timely solutions.
9. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support export sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
