Job Title: Procurement Assistant Fit-out

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Assistant to support our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • BOQ review for all Interior projects PAN INDIA
  • Preparation of all purchase orders (all interior materials like wooden, paint, tile, ceiling, electrical, MEP, hardware, etc.)
  • Procurement of all interior material items PAN India (all interior material like wooden, paint, tile, ceiling, electrical, MEP, hardware, etc.)
  • Vendor and contractor management PAN INDIA (generating new contractors work for interior fit-out projects) IS A MUST
  • Delivery That is On-time and According to Plan
  • Detailed Reports of Purchases
  • Follow up with vendors for any product not up to standards established
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors/third parties
  • Assist with planning, budgeting, purchasing, and scheduling of projects.
  • Represent the company in negotiating contracts, prepare and process requisitions, contracts and purchase orders. Coordinate with vendors on needed corrections or revisions
  • Responsible for reading from the drawing and BOQ and projecting a cost estimate with respect to interior fit-outs package.
  • Responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a vendor network in PAN India in order to offer continuous expertise in terms of current rates and trends.
  • Be knowledgeable of vendors / suppliers and provide support for comparative and analysis in vendor selection as needed.
  • Monitor status of inventory on sites
  • Willingness and desire to travel
  • An eye for Interior Design is an added bonus

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • B. Tech in Civil Engineering or any qualified technical person up to minimum 2-5 years or more of experience in the Civil & Interior & MEP background.
  • Relevant experience in procurement for interior fit-outs in Retail/ Hospitality/Commercial projects.
  • Possess the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & follow processes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
