Learning Services Specialist

The Trainer collaborates with teams worldwide to create memorable learning experiences that strongly support the ramp-up and growth of new and existing team members. They are the face of the campaign and make the first key impression on new joiners. They advocate for learners, ensuring the quality of learning experiences and actively participating in their delivery. Proactively sharing best practices and seeking assistance when needed, the Trainer conducts unbiased needs assessments and designs activities or projects to address team needs. They also create and support evaluation models to measure the impact and success of learning sessions. Managing follow-up sessions for agents who require additional support, the Trainer is passionate about agent growth and development. They excel as facilitators, continuously developing their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different teams around the world to create unforgettable learning experiences that strongly support the ramp-up and growth of our new and existing team members;

• Be an advocate for our learners. Ensure the learning experiences provided to them meet a high quality level and be involved in their delivery;

• Be proactive on sharing best practices and learnings but also asking for help when needed;

• Be able to perform unbiased needs assessment and design activities or projects to tackle the teams needs;

• Design and support evaluation models that will help stakeholders understand the impact and success of the learning sessions provided;

• Manage follow-up sessions for agents who need it;

• Capture new agent training requirements and generally be passionate about the growth and development of agents and of the site as a whole;

• Be a strong facilitator and take proactive steps to develop your skills whenever possible;

• Be accountable and responsible for the work you have to do;

• Proactively collaborate with the training team within both TELUS International and Riot worldwide;

• The trainer reports to the Trainer Lead

Eligibility:-

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar educational qualification

• Experience in delivering training programs is required
