Job Description

Location: Mumbai Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) Are you passionate about training, process excellence, and helping teams grow? We're looking for a dynamic Process Trainer to join our team! What You'll Do: Conduct onboarding & process trainings for new hires. Deliver refresher sessions and upskill existing team members. Simplify process updates and ensure seamless knowledge transfer. Work closely with Ops & Quality to identify training needs. Maintain training records and support content creation. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in training or facilitation roles. Strong communication & presentation skills. Fluency in any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must. Flexible, organized, and tech-savvy. Experience in fintech or customer service processes will be a plus!
