Process Trainer

As a Process Trainer in the BPO/KPO industry, you play a crucial role in training and developing the skills of new recruits and existing employees. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting new hire training (NHT) for fresh recruits to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. - Facilitating process-specific training sessions based on client guidelines to ensure alignment with industry standards. - Developing and updating training content, manuals, and modules to provide relevant and effective training materials. - Customizing training content to align with client processes and industry standards, ensuring that training is tailored to specific needs. - Conducting evaluations, quizzes, and mock calls to assess the readiness of trainees and identify any learning gaps that need to be addressed. - Providing targeted coaching to address learning needs and enhance the performance of trainees. - Monitoring training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Sharing training reports and feedback with management and clients to ensure transparency and alignment with business objectives. - Collaborating closely with operations, quality, and HR teams to align training programs with the overall business needs of the organization. - Attending calibration sessions with clients for process updates, ensuring that training remains up-to-date and relevant.
