Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Need Analysis (TNA) / Training Need Identification (TNI):

• Conduct TNA/TNI to identify performance gaps and training requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize training needs and develop customized training plans

  .

• Training Delivery:

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group discussions to address specific learning needs.
• Use real-life scenarios, role-plays, and case studies to make sessions effective.

• Training Material Development:

• Create high-quality, visually appealing PowerPoint presentations (PPTs), manuals, and e-learning content.
• Regularly update training material to reflect process changes and best practices

• Stakeholder Management:

• Partner with department heads, managers, and team leaders to align training programs with business needs.
• Provide timely feedback and progress reports to stakeholders on training effectiveness.

• Training Evaluation & Feedback:

• Measure training outcomes through assessments, feedback forms, and on-the-job performance tracking.
• Implement continuous improvement in training methodologies based on feedback and evaluation results

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of TNA/TNI methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to engage participants through interactive and innovative training techniques.
• Proficient in creating professional PPTs and other training aids.
• Comfortable with one-on-one discussions and group facilitation.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and e-learning tools is an advantage

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech, BCA.
