Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Process Trainer. The Process Trainer will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, providing new hire training, developing and delivering training presentations, and analyzing training effectiveness. The role involves preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
• 1-3 Years of Relevant experience in working with BPO environment, Having experience in Voice / Non Voice processess (Email and Chat Programs)
• Knowledge of business processes and systems
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and update materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in any stream
• Proficiency in MS Office and training software
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
