The ERPNext Developer will play a critical role in the development, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext to support business operations. This position requires advanced Python programming skills, ERPNext module customization experience, and the ability to integrate ERPNext with other business systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions that meet evolving business needs. Your key responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining ERPNext modules, doctypes, reports, and scripts. You will configure ERPNext workflows, implement business process automations, and translate business requirements into functional ERPNext features. Additionally, you will write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code to support backend development, enhance application performance and scalability through optimized backend logic, integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and internal systems, and develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability. You will also be responsible for administering and optimizing MySQL/MariaDB databases, conducting schema modifications, performance tuning, and data migration, performing unit testing, participating in debugging activities, collaborating with QA teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software, creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for custom scripts, configurations, and integrations, providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERPNext-related issues, regularly performing system updates, patches, and performance improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals, partnering with fellow developers and stakeholders to design and deploy new features, using Git or SVN for version control and collaborative development, conducting code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards, deploying applications on Linux-based environments and managing supporting infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines to improve delivery speed and consistency. Department : Training Work Location : Onsite, Bangalore Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Process Trainer with a background in customer service or support. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of processes, training delivery, and documentation. Technical knowledge and experience in Voice and Accent (V&A) training is a plus, but not mandatory. The Process Trainer will be responsible for onboarding, upskilling, and supporting frontline agents through structured training programs, content development, and continuous learning initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver process and product training for new hires and existing team members. Develop training content, including manuals, reference guides, SOPs, and assessments. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Ops, QA, Product) to understand processes and product updates. Conduct regular refresher sessions and knowledge checks to address gaps. Monitor and track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback. Create and maintain knowledge documentation for easy reference and learning. Support in transition of new processes by designing training modules and go-live readiness sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. (Optional) Conduct Voice and Accent training if experienced, or coordinate with V&A trainer if required. Qualifications and Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Communication, or related fields).
