Process Modelling Expert

Role Overview: As a Portfolio, Program & Project Management professional at our organization, your main focus will be on delivering organizational projects and programs. In the Professional stream, you will primarily apply technical/discipline knowledge to achieve results. You may also be involved in coaching/mentoring less experienced staff, overseeing the work of other professionals, or managing processes and programs. Your individual work may range from setting objectives to influencing long-term tactical decisions of the organization. Progression within this stream will reflect increasing depth of professional knowledge, project management capability, and the ability to influence others. Key Responsibilities: - Develop program/project management best practices and templates. - Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related projects. - Gather and report consolidated project status and financial information to leadership. - Serve as a central governing body to review/audit adherence to methodologies, budgets, and timing. - Provide full staffing and management for the organization's major projects/programs. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge and experience in a functional area. - Ability to solve common business issues within practices and procedures. - Handle most situations independently, seeking guidance on more complex topics. - Accountability for performance and results in teams. - Understanding of the overall nature of the business and interdependencies between functions.
