Job Summary:

Process Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, monitor, and improve day-to-day business processes to achieve SLAs and KPIs.
  • Lead process transformation, re-engineering, and standardization initiatives.
  • Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive automation, digitization, and efficiency projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
  • Lead a team of associates, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Track and report process performance to senior management.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and governance requirements.
