We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency. Youll make a difference by:

Performing closing and reporting activities for Business Units.

Ensure timeline is followed to complete all activities.

Work with front office and customers to fix the process challenges.

Provide process improvement ideas and implement them on timely manner for identified gaps.

Work with the reporting manager and the business units to correct any issues with customer service delivery

Achieve targets agreed with Customers.

Other responsibilities and job content as later identified by the reporting manager.

Your success is grounded in:

Min. Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting / Finance (B.com, BBM)

4yrs- 6yrs of accounting experience in ERP systems like SAP/Spirido

4yrs- 6yrs experience in AP / AR / ICC Accounting processes will be added advantage

Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills

Accuracy and attention to critical detail

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Analyze complex situations based on facts and find solutions

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities

Identify opportunities in changing situations

Good communication skills and ability to work with a multitude of different stakeholders

Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
