Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in MS Office and MS Excel. Experience in Billing & Settlements and Account Management-Acquirer is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Assist in the daily processing of billing and settlement tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion. Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to manage and analyze data effectively. Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and settlements. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry standards. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data and records. Work closely with the Account Management-Acquirer team to support their needs and objectives. Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying and addressing potential issues. Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel is required. Experience in Billing & Settlements is a plus. Knowledge of Account Management-Acquirer is desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines is important. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies is valued. Strong organizational skills are beneficial. Customer service experience is advantageous. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance is helpful. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security of financial data is essential. Certifications Required Certification in MS Office or MS Excel is preferred.
