Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Executive - AR to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.

Ensure timely and accurate billing to clients and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related queries and disputes.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Maintain accurate records and reports of accounts receivable transactions.

Identify and escalate potential issues or trends impacting accounts receivable performance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly in accounts receivable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with IT enabled services and BPO industry is an added advantage.
