Job Description: Process Maintenance Engineer - Pharma API Positions: 3 Experience: 2 to 5 Years Department: Engineering – Process Maintenance Location: [Shabashpally Village, Shivampet Mandal, Medak] – Company Bus facility From Suchitra Circle to Plant – Daily Industry: Pharmaceutical (API Manufacturing) Qualification: Ø Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Ø Perform routine and breakdown maintenance of process equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, and heat exchangers Ø Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of equipment issues Ø Maintain equipment history records and support preventive maintenance planning Ø Coordinate with production and utility teams for smooth operations Ø Adhere to safety protocols and GMP standards during maintenance activities Ø Support installation and commissioning of new equipment Preferred Skills: Ø Hands-on experience in API plant equipment Ø Knowledge of cGMP and safety standards Ø Ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults quickly Ø Good documentation and communication skills Ø Optional -Exposure to regulated environments (USFDA, EU GMP, etc.)
