Job Description

Kandiga Consulting Services (KCS) is looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing production processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing solutions to optimize performance, enhance product quality, and ensure timely delivery. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving efficiency and innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement:

    Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement across production lines and operations.
  • Production Processes:

    Develop and implement production processes and procedures to maintain consistent product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Problem Solving:

    Identify and troubleshoot production and process issues, providing actionable recommendations to resolve them.
  • Process Control:

    Utilize statistical analysis and process control techniques to monitor, measure, and improve process performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement effective process improvement initiatives.
  • Feasibility Studies:

    Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to assess potential changes in production processes and their impact.
  • Documentation:

    Develop and maintain essential process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards to maintain quality and safety.
  • Continuous Monitoring:

    Continuously evaluate process performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall efficiency and productivity
