Key Responsibilities Quality Leadership & Change Management Serve as a hands-on leader and change agent, driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategic quality initiatives that align with Delta Gear’s business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
