Process Engineer

**Job Description** As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from the beginning to implementation. This includes analyzing input data and finalizing process treatment schemes to meet customer requirements. You will also calculate process requirements such as tank sizing, pressure requirements, and equipment sizing. Key responsibilities include: - Performing process simulations and managing cost and time constraints. - Utilizing process simulation software to determine the best permutation and combination for process and cost optimization. - Obtaining approval for design and optimization work as needed. - Preparing proposals and estimating operating costs for proposed systems. - Investigating and troubleshooting plant/process problems. - Providing clarity for further work using approved working sheets. - Preparation of process data sheets for awarded projects. - Reviewing P&ID from a process point of view. - Supporting the instrumentation team in performing process automation and safety interlocks. - Providing technical support to the purchase department. - Supporting plant commissioning, operation, and maintenance teams. - Assessing data from previous implementations, making improvements and modifications. - Providing process documentation and operating instructions with SOP. - Training freshers on various software platforms and department working procedures.
