Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for wastewater treatment systems (ETP, RO, ZLD).
Perform process calculations, mass balance, energy balance, and hydraulic design.
Select equipment such as pumps, blowers, membranes, filters, and chemical dosing systems.
Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and datasheets for procurement.
Provide process engineering support during project execution, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure designs comply with environmental regulations, safety norms, and client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and project execution teams.
Support R&D for improving treatment efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes:
ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), RO (Reverse Osmosis), ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge)
.
Hands-on experience with process design software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Eligibility

Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Environmental.
Experience:
0–3 years (freshers with strong academic background in wastewater treatment can also apply).
