Job Description

Preparation of PFR,DPR, Technical Specification, BEP for WTP, WWTP, DM, STP& Chlorination.
Preparation of design & calculation of screens, grit chambers, filters, primary/secondary clarifiers, aeration systems, RAS, WAS, Pump stations, digestor & water/ waste water treatment process, primary sedimentation tanks, biological treatment includind filtration and activated sludge plants, secondary clarifier, tertiary treatment, membrane filtration & chlorination disinfection.
Pumping station design calculation.
Sewer design & calculation
NPSH & Pump calculation and all basic calculation of WTP & ETP.
Pump Head calculation
Preparation of PFD, P&ID and HFD for WTP, WWTP, DM & STP.
Preparation of Unit List, Valve schedule & Basic engineering documents.
Equipment datasheets/specification & schedules
Checking of isometric drawingswith bill of material from piping GAD.
Preparation of GAD from vendor drawing
Wall thickness calculation of pipe
Pipe sizing calculation & piping material selection.
