Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Process Automation Desktop Specialist with over 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated desktop solutions and workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RPA tools (such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere), scripting, and integrating automation into business processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, and develop process automation solutions for desktop-based and hybrid systems.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and gather requirements.
Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots or desktop automation scripts using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, etc.
Integrate automation solutions with various data sources, APIs, and desktop applications.
Ensure robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring of automation workflows.
Maintain and optimize existing automations to enhance performance and reliability.
Provide technical documentation, user guides, and training to end-users or support teams.
Work with IT security and compliance to ensure automation adheres to organizational policies.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend enhancements in tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in IT or business process automation roles.
Strong experience with desktop automation tools such as:
UiPath (preferred)
Power Automate Desktop
Automation Anywhere
Blue Prism (optional)
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
Experience working with REST APIs, Excel automation, and file system operations.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience in process mapping and using BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
Knowledge of IT security, access controls, and compliance in automation.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer).
