MS Office Suite, Prior Experience in US HR and Benefit Administration, Computer Literacy. MS Excel – Intermediate.

Job Description
:

  • Follow SOP Instructions and Process Benefit enrollments/Terms/Changes in the HRIS Systems and Carrier Portals (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, etc.).
  • Assist in annual benefits open enrollment activities.
  • Perform Benefit Reconciliations and find and resolved Enrollment Discrepancies
  • Handle data entry, audits, and communication with internal teams and managements
  • Complete tasks withing deadlines and maintain 100% accuracy in the assigned tasks
  • Support Senior Processors on new process transitions
  • Support Senior Processors on maintaining SOP updates, Process Updates
  • Prepare daily End of the Day Reports in Excel
  • Assist the Senior Processors on automation of the processors
