As a Process & Proposal Engineer at Lambert, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that takes projects from concept to commissioning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to design, manufacturing, project management and field operations—perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and want to see their work come to life.Key Responsibilities· Prepare Techno-Commercial offer for Wastewater and Effluent Treatment Plants.· Cost estimation and Vendor Evaluations.· Project & client management, answering pre-sales technical queries and resolving on-site queries. · Prepare the Basic engineering package for the project (P & ID, Plant data, hydraulic diagram, and basic layout of the proposed plant).· To maintain technical as well as cost data bank, etc.· Planning for offer submission and basic engineering to meet Annual Business Plan targets.· Submission & preparation of technical offer in the international market to end customer/EPC contractors.· Understanding Customer Requirement· Process sizing, offer preparation for all wastewater and effluent treatment packages. · To communicate the scope of work to various internal departments for the work related to their scope & take the cost estimation from them.· Work out the detailed Bill of Materials & do the estimation of the best possible lowest cost with cost estimation inputs from internal departments/vendors. · Supplier quotation & negotiations with vendors.· Preparing the Plant Data.· Preparation of basic engineering package, which includes the P&ID, plant data & hydraulic flow diagram.· Release of these documents to the projects/ engineering department on time.Qualifications and Skills· Hands-on experience and familiarity with AutoCAD.· Knowledge of processes/technologies for ETP / STP/WTP.· Knowledge of unit sizing for ETP / STP/WTP· Knowledge of Basic engineering package preparation (P & ID, Hydraulic, unit sizing calculation etc)· Knowledge in estimation for ETP / STP· Awareness of good engineering practices.· Experience in offer preparation for ETP / STP and estimation· Experience in working on computers /Knowledge of Word / Excel.· Should be ready to independently travel within and outside the office for customer meetings at the site / Audit of existing plants, and submission of an offer for R&D.Why Join Lambert?· Real Engineering Exposure: Go beyond traditional design—work hands-on in manufacturing and field operations.· Growth & Learning: Develop a versatile skill set with mentorship from experienced engineers and opportunities for professional development.· Impact: Contribute to sustainable solutions that make a difference in communities and industries.· Inclusive Culture: We value diverse perspectives and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.Who Should ApplyIf you are passionate about solving real-world problems, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a versatile engineer, we invite you to join us.
