Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Private Banker to manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients. The role requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of wealth products, and the ability to deliver holistic advisory solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of advisory expertise, client acquisition capabilities, and a long-term relationship orientation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients through regular engagement.
• Understand client goals and risk appetite to curate suitable wealth solutions across asset classes.
• Drive client acquisition through referrals, networks, and market outreach.
• Prepare and deliver portfolio reviews, investment strategies, and product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal advisory teams across investments, real estate, lending, and estate planning.
• Track client portfolios, monitor performance, and ensure timely communication.
• Lead onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes for new clients.
• Maintain high service standards to support client retention and wallet share growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory.
• Strong product knowledge across equity, debt, PMS, AIFs, structured products, insurance, and real estate investment options.
• Proven ability to manage HNI/UHNI clients and deliver tailored wealth solutions.
• Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Graduate degree required; MBA, CFP, CWM or similar certifications preferred.
