About the Role


Print Designer


This role suits someone who understands print processes end-to-end, stays updated with ethnic wear trends, and enjoys balancing creativity with technical accuracy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Understand the key essence of Designs curated by Buying & Design Teams and create Detailed Print sheets for the Techpack creation
  • Create detailed Print Artworks and Print Production files to bring design concepts to the most feasible versions and follow up and oversee product output to ensure correct design outcome
  • To render print strike off and bulk approvals with relevance to brand guidelines ensuring correct product is passed through
  • To render print direction to the Sourcing and Production POC’s in terms of relevant Print technique, Color adherence, feasibility solutions and technical guidance
  • To have a knack of current print and color trends in Indian ethnic market in womenswear and incorporate the same in design conversions


Key Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Textile/ Fashion design from NIFT/NID/PEARL.
  • 1 - 4 years of experience in print development.
  • Willing to work locally from Jaipur office.
  • Ability to create technical packs of prints and garments both.
  • Ability to use softwares for designing such as illustrator, corel draw, photoshop, AI driven tools.
  • Hunger for learning and growth, and therefore, wants to join an early-stage startup.
  • Full understanding of Print Design and practical knowledge of Bulk Printing.
  • Knowledge of Fabrics and dyes.
  • Problem solving approach and ability to adapt to upgrading strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Print Development techniques on software.
