Here's an overview of what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Compose advanced mechanicals (Ready to Print files) for various print materials such as ads, brochures, and collateral. - Prepare all files for submission to print vendors (pre-press). - Manipulate photos for silhouetting, retouching, and background extension. - Collaborate with development Seniors and Leads to ensure design specifications are met. - Produce high-end print deliverables including layout production, image creation, retouching, and more. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to foster excellence and collaboration. **Qualifications Required:** - 2+ years of experience in advertising, digital agencies, or design firms. - Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. - Strong layout and typographical skills with knowledge of fonts. - Understanding of marketing, advertising concepts, and design principles. - Familiarity with productivity tools and remote collaboration platforms. - Solid portfolio showcasing work for international clients. **Additional Company Details (if applicable):** - Familiarity with the Automotive Industry is considered a plus. - Competencies for success in this role include attention to detail, nimble learning, managing complexity, driving results, and effective communication.
