Print Designer

As a Print Designer at our company, you will be responsible for executing production design deliverables with precision and creativity. You will work closely with a talented team to handle complex print production projects efficiently and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Your role will involve creating advanced mechanicals for various print materials, preparing files for print vendors, manipulating photos, and collaborating with leads to implement design specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Compose advanced mechanicals for 4+ color ads, brochures, and collateral materials - Prepare files for submission to print vendors - Manipulate photos including silhouetting, retouching, and background extension - Collaborate with development Seniors and Leads to ensure design specifications are implemented - Produce high-end print deliverables such as layout production, image optimization, and photo retouching - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to foster a collaborative environment - Communicate effectively with team members and project leads to ensure quality assurance on deliverables Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in advertising, digital agencies, or design studios - Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop - Strong layout and typographical skills with knowledge of fonts - Understanding of marketing and advertising concepts - Familiarity with productivity and remote collaboration tools - Knowledge of UX principles, interactivity, and animation - Portfolio showcasing work for international clients Preferred Qualifications: - Basic foreign language knowledge - Experience with international clients and digital marketing - Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Adobe Animate - Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects - Familiarity with the Automotive Industry is a plus Competencies: - Attention to detail - Nimble learning - Ability to manage complexity - Drive for results - Effective communication skills If you are a motivated and experienced Print Designer with a passion for creating exceptional print materials, we invite you to join our dynamic team and showcase your skills to the world.,
