Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive, located in Faridabad. The Customer Service Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality service through effective communication. The role involves addressing customer concerns, processing orders, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
