Principal - Technical Program Manager

What youll do

• Build strong partnership with Finance functional stakeholders; Collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership to define strategic and tactical roadmap of Finance ERP Digital Capabilities today in SAP PowerMax and longer-term in Cloud-native ERP.?

• Responsible for driving scope, practices, and overall IT strategy for the central Finance processes including but not limited to SAP PowerMax. Develop Target process model & solution design for business functions to provide productivity and drive alignment across all affected functional stakeholders applying lean methodology and emerging technologies (AI).

• Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.

• Manage risk and dependencies between organizations.???Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.?

• Drive ERP landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well as Data Lake reporting and Finance ecosystems.??Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.?

• Act as the subject matter expert for Finance area processes and supporting applications functionality. Gather Requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.

• Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways. Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.?

Leverage your domain expertise; you are expected to further the knowledge and improve productivity of your colleagues with activities such as creating learning content, giving presentations, and supporting a continuous learning culture.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience or equivalent knowledge.

• Significant technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas.
