Principal Solutions Consultant

As a Solutions Consultant in the Hospitality Cloud business unit at Cvent, your role will involve demonstrating and sharing the technical value of Cvent's software solutions to drive the closure of new business licenses for our Hospitality Cloud clients. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where each day brings unique challenges and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training for new sales hires and internal sales transfers in collaboration with the Sales Executive team. - Proactively identify new business opportunities to contribute to building the product pipeline. - Assist sales representatives throughout the sales cycle and support current customer usage by identifying issues and opportunities. - Educate prospective customers on detailed product information tailored to their requirements. - Showcase the value of Cvent's technology platform through online and onsite product demonstrations. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in developing relationships over the phone. - Willingness to adjust working hours for scheduled demos. - Strong listening and articulation skills. - Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple teams. - Capacity to work independently on multiple projects concurrently. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational skills for effective schedule management and follow-up. - Team player mindset with a proactive approach to team initiatives. - Proficient in general office software applications. - Experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce.com and web collaboration platforms such as Zoom. - Familiarity with Cvent software products, including Cvent Passkey, Cvent Transient, Cvent Event Diagramming, Cvent Business Intelligence, and Cvent Lead Scoring, is advantageous.,
