Principal Solutions Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project delivery, technical solution design, customer engagement, cross-functional collaboration, pre-sales support, risk management, documentation, continuous improvement, and ensuring customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects, ensuring they meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline requirements - Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient solutions tailored to customer needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their trusted technical advisor - Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project transitions - Assist the sales team by demonstrating technical expertise during customer engagements - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies for on-time and within-budget delivery - Create comprehensive technical documentation and provide regular project updates - Stay current with emerging technologies to continually improve solution offerings Required Technical Skills: - Deep understanding of low-code/no-code platforms - Ability to design optimized architectures and integrate with enterprise systems - Experience in system and application integration, including REST APIs and JSON - Strong knowledge of data models, database concepts, and data security best practices - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and coding proficiency in Python - Expertise in workflow automation and API management - Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and integration technologies Required Functional Skills: - Skilled in gathering and analyzing customer business requirements - Ability to craft solutions using low-code tools and customize as per customer needs - Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving complex technical challenges - High ability to quickly acquire in-depth product knowledge and create comprehensive documentation Required Customer Engagement Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management - Ability to influence customer decisions and align proposals with their business goals - Focus on ensuring long-term customer success by delivering impactful solutions Required Project Delivery Ownership Skills: - Ownership of the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-deployment support - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies - Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and control project scope and budget Work Location: WTC, Perungudi, Chennai Years of experience: 5 - 10 years,
