Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support our analytics function and contribute to turning data into actionable insights. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with experienced analysts, gaining exposure to data tools, business metrics, and problem-solving methodologies. You’ll help us explore data across various business functions and assist in shaping our strategic decision-making. Key Functional Areas of Responsibility Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing data from various departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) Learn and apply basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data Help in building dashboards and reports under supervision using tools like Zoho Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau Support the team in validating and cross-checking data accuracy and integrity Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify trends, KPIs, and insights from datasets Contribute to the documentation of analytics processes, queries, and reporting templates Stay updated on analytics best practices and suggest improvements where possible Qualifications Good knowledge of any analytics or data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics) is a plus Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL or scripting languages for data querying Show more Show less
