Principal Solution Engineer

Job Description: As a Solution Engineer at Salesforce, also known as a "Presales Consultant", "Sales Consultant", Pre-Sales Engineer, or Sales Engineer, you play a crucial role in the sales cycle. Your primary responsibility is to provide thought leadership and develop solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Own the technical sales cycle from start to close, delivering customer success in the Automotive industry - Demonstrate Salesforce automotive solutions in alignment with customer challenges - Familiarize yourself with differentiating Salesforce solutions for Automotive OEMs and Retailer sales engagements - Contribute to defining, creating, and delivering automotive Go-To-Market messaging and assets for sales engagement - Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the best solution for unique challenges - Manage relationships between the Solutions team, the customer's technical team, and Sales Leadership - Show a strong desire for career growth and engage in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles selling enterprise solutions - Demonstrated track record of developing innovative customer solutions - Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong time management abilities in a dynamic team environment - Curious, practical, and passionate about technology with a focus on sharing knowledge - Proficient at explaining ideas and maintaining audience engagement,
