Job Description

Communications Cloud Solution Architect (Vlocity)

Overall 8-10 years experience , including 2+ years in vlocity OM, EPC/CPQ and 4+ years in Design/requirement analysis

Proven architecture and design experience in Telco CRM

Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements

Provide input towards architecture decisions

Should be able to do high level and low-level designs using SFDC and Vlocity

Should be able to analyse functional requirements and evaluate architecture and design options, with pros and cons

Experience with Vlocity Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Experience with Vlocity Order Management (OM) modules

Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Mulesoft will be added advantage

Good to have Knowledge of TMF, ToGAF

Experience in JIRA, Confluence and other Design tools

Worked on Proposals, RFP

Well versed with Agile

Salesforce Certified

Location :Pune, Bangalore will be preferred.
