Principal Solution Architect

As a Principal Solution Architect at our company based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of advanced cloud-based data solutions for our key clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Solution Design & Architecture: Taking the lead in designing robust, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade data solutions such as data lakes, data warehouses, data mesh, and real-time data pipelines on AWS, Azure, and GCP. - Client Engagement & Pre-Sales: Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business challenges, translating requirements into technical solutions, and presenting compelling data strategies. You will also support pre-sales activities by developing proposals and conducting solution demonstrations. - Data Strategy & Modernization: Driving data and analytics modernization initiatives by leveraging cloud-native services, Big Data technologies, GenAI, and LLMs to deliver transformative business value. - Industry Expertise: Applying data architecture best practices across various industries like BFSI, Retail, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Qualifications and Skills required for this role are: - Experience: You should have 15+ years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on data architecture, solution architecture, and data engineering. Previous experience in a principal-level or lead architect role is preferred. - Cloud Expertise: Demonstrated deep, hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Power BI, Data Factory, Azure Purview) and GCP (Big Query, Vertex.AI, Gemini). Additionally, a good understanding of Azure Service Foundry, Agentic AI, copilot is essential. - Data Science Leadership: Understanding and experience in integrating AI/ML capabilities, including GenAI and LLMs, into data solutions. - Leadership & Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required. You should have a proven ability to lead technical teams and manage client relationships effectively. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset are crucial for this role. - Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. Preferred Qualifications include relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks, as well as experience with Agentic AI and hyper-intelligent automation.
